Child Safety Standards
The Reserv is for adults only. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and we remove it and report it.
Adults only
- You must be 18 or older to create an account or use the app.
- Every member enters a date of birth at sign-up, and accounts under 18 cannot be created.
- Any account we believe belongs to someone under 18 is removed.
What is prohibited
Any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor is prohibited on The Reserv. That includes CSAM, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any attempt to contact or arrange to meet a minor. Breaking these rules gets the account removed permanently.
How to report
- In the app: open the person's profile and tap Report. You can also block them from the same screen.
- By email: [email protected]. Include the member's name and what you saw. Please do not send the material itself.
- If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number first.
What we do
- We review reports that involve minors as a priority.
- We remove CSAE content and the accounts responsible, and preserve what the law requires us to keep.
- We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline, as US law requires, and cooperate with law enforcement.
Compliance and contact
The Reserv complies with applicable child-safety laws, including US federal reporting obligations. Our child-safety point of contact is [email protected].
